Prior to acceptance into the LoanEXA system, every home loan broker or mortgage lender agrees to be held by the strict standards of the LoanEXA Home Loan Advisor’s Pledge.  We want every home loan interest rate quote to be successful, from loan quote to loan close!  This is a small part of our commitment to you ensuring the LoanEXA system promotes & maintains the highest standards for ethics and integrity in the mortgage industry.

The LoanEXA Home Loan Advisor’s Pledge

I promise to promote and adhere to the following principles in every home loan interaction with clients obtained through LoanEXA:

Firm Quote – I will provide realistic, accurate and actionable loan quotes to every LoanEXA borrower promptly.  Understanding that home loan rates change day by day, if selected I will do everything in my power to lock in the loan rate quoted for the borrower in a timely fashion.  Poor borrower rankings or justified complaints in the Firm Quote area may lead to dismissal from the LoanEXA system at LoanEXA Management's discretion.

Professionalism – I will exhibit the highest standards in ethics and professionalism, and will act with integrity, honesty, and respect throughout every interaction with each LoanEXA borrower.  Failing to act in the manner described may result in dismissal from the LoanEXA system at LoanEXA Management's discretion.

Regulatory & Licensing – I represent that I have no regulatory violations or disclosures from the state(s) I do business in or their respective regulatory authority agencies, and that I am fully licensed to conduct business in my selected states.  In addition I will notify LoanEXA’s site administrators immediately of any violations or disclosures which may occur in the future, and I will maintain conformity with all legal regulations and business standards pertaining to the home loan and mortgage finance industry. I understand regulatory or licensing violations may lead to dismissal from the LoanEXA system at LoanEXA Management's discretion.

Competence – I will strive to maintain a high level of knowledge, skill and ability in order to serve the borrower’s needs in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

Home Loan Conformity – I will not attempt to change the loan type requested or present other home loan products at any point in the loan process without the borrower’s direct request, inquiry, or approval of such loan change or information.  If through your skills and knowledge of home loan financing you genuinely feel the borrower is not selecting the most appropriate home loan, you may advise the borrower of this fact - however “bait & switch” of loan products will not be tolerated!  Low rankings in this category may lead to dismissal from the LoanEXA system at LoanEXA Management's discretion.

LoanEXA Dismissal - I understand that 30 days after the home loan rate quote approval, the borrower will be asked to provide testimonials and rank my performance in several areas including the LoanEXA Home Loan Advisor’s Pledge.  Poor rankings in any/all areas may lead to dismissal from the LoanEXA system at LoanEXA Management's discretion.
